Adult (Vitamin) Gummies In My Tummy
I have been wanting to try gummy vitamins ever since I saw them at my mother-in-law’s house over the summer. Although I am a lover of vitamins, I am also the first one to admit to skipping over daily doses. Quite often.
Some weeks go better than others, but overall I have just never gotten used to taking any type of supplement on an every single day basis.
I was contacted about a month ago by the lovely folks over at Nature Made to review their newest line of Adult Gummies vitamins and minerals. It sounded right up my alley, so I figured it was worth a go.
It has been three weeks since I opened the bottles and the only days I have missed taking the gummies since then was when I went out of town.
I actually crave them! In my package I received:
• Nature Made Adult Gummies Energy B12 (retails at $7.99)
This one contains 1000 mcg of Vitamin B12 per serving (2 gummies) to support cellular energy production by helping the body convert food into energy. Hello, afternoon pick-me-up!
• Nature Made Adult Gummies Multi + Omega-3 ($15.99)
This one provides key nutrients needed for daily nutritional support, plus omega-3 benefits from Fish Oil. Goodbye, nasty fish oil tasting mega pills.
• Nature Made Adult Gummies Immune Complex with Zinc ($7.99)
This bottle helps protect the body against free radicals, which is a key mineral that plays a role in many bodily functions by providing antioxidant support for a healthy immune system.
Not only are all of the flavors delicious, but they also taste exactly like fruit snacks. The biggest bottle (middle) has a sour, sugary gummy taste, while the other two resemble a more traditional gelatin fruit snack.
My handful serving (two gummies of each) per day has turned into an every day treat I actually look forward to.
I even got Scott hooked onto them this week, which says a lot for someone who doesn’t even believe in taking supplements, or any kind of medicine for that matter. #winning
Right on our kitchen counter, these three bottles have a new home and I am grateful to have them as part of a new routine I plan to stay on top of. You can find this line of vitamins online, or at Target. Check out their store locator for more retailers in your area!

Em @ Love A Latte
I take deva multivitamin every day. Great giveaway!
I take gummy vitamins and i love them! Multis and Calcium/Vit D
How is this healthy. The first ingredient is corn syrup. You’re eating candy
I actually thought similarly, but if it gets a family (and me) onto taking vitamins consistently, it makes some of the ingredients easier to accept. That’s just me!
I usually take a prenatal vitamin daily (no, not pregnant… just a nice balanced multivitamin for the ladies). But after YEARS of the routine, I’m bored. Plus I would LOVE to find a way to get hubby to take vitamins (after years of nagging from me and his mother).
I received a sample in the mail. I like them because you don’t have to take them with water. And you’re right, they taste very fruity and yummy!
I’ve been taking gummy vitamins for years now and I love them, typical pill vitamins tend to tear up my stomach. I’ve saw these at the store the other day though and would love to try them out!
I take b complex, omegas, and cal/mag/zinc daily
I love gummie vitamins! It’s like getting treat for taking them:)
I do take vitamins most days – I seem to forget on the weekends. I am currently taking a multi-vitamin, 2 vitamin D, one folic acid, calcium and a vitamin c pill in the mornings. I’ve never tried the gummy vitamins but I’ve been wanting too. Though I will admit that the sugar-coated ones don’t really make sense to me – kinda like an oxymoron?? Ha Ha.
I take a daily multivitamin which I’ve noticed as greatly helped me be less sick and have more energy during the day. I also take glucosamine and fish oil for my joints. (Dancer).
Yummy! I take a women’s daily multivitamin and additional iron suppliment my doctor recommended.
I take gummy multivitamins every day.
I had some gummy vitamins, but ran out awhile ago and haven’t gotten back into the habit!
I don’t take any vitamins currently but have been looking into options recently! Great post!
Brie @ Lean, Clean, & Brie
I take a daily multivitamin and a calcium supplement
I take a Mulitvitamin and Fish Oil daily. I also take a Calcium Chew (chocolate), one in the am and one in the pm. I try to stay away from candy so it’s like my little daily treat : )
I take a prenatal vitamin daily but it’s big and kinda hard to swallow so I’d love to try these!
Ashley @ Life and Fitness
I love taking gummy vitamins! They’re so much easier than pills
I take a multivitamin.
yes, multivitamin and calcium 🙂
Xiomara @ Parkesdale
I do not take supplements or vitamins. I always mean to, but I always forget.
I take a women’s daily multivitamin. I also take biotin because I’m hoping it helps my dry winter skin and nails
I take fish oil and biotin and recently found a gummy calcium chew that I absolutely love! Gummy vitamins FTW!
I’m pretty so-so about taking them. When I’m good, I take a multi, glucosamine, B6, fish oil and biotin.
I take a daily multi. I’ve never tried gummies…but my daughter loves them!
I only take biotin now but I have been looking for a multi-vitamin to add to my day!
I don’t take vitamins right now.
I take a women’s multivitamin, fish oil, and an assortment of other supplements (magnesium, extra iron, niacin, st. john’s wort, and a few others). And in the winter I take extra vitamin c!
I want to start taking vitamins again. I used to but have fallen out of the habit.
I’m taking prenatals!!
multi-vitamin and calcium gummies
I take a gummy prenatal, Vitamin D and Fish oil every day. Love the gummies!
I’ve gone back and forth on vitamins and supplements – I just started a new program with a specific and limited diet though, so I’m currently taking quite a few! Multivitamins, b6, b12, e, glucosamine/chonditron, iron, collagen, c, omega 3, etc. Truthfully though I’m skeptical as to how well they really work.
I take a multi-vitamin and super b complex supplement. I think it is time to switch to pre-natal ones since kids are probably only 2-3 years down the road.
I attempt to take a gummy multivitamin every day, but I generally average only once or twice a week if I’m lucky.
I take vitamin C, ACV and Fish oil!
Do you actually feel energy from the B12 ones?
I just take calcium/vitamin D pills.
I take a multivitamin every day.
Multi vitamin and vitamin D/calcium!
I don’t normally take anything! I’m like your husband where I don’t put anything extra in. BUT I am just finishing the advocate 24 day challenge and have loved how everything made me feel. I’m looking for something to keep up the routine without the expense and amount of pills.
I take a multi-vitamin and fish oil pill about 1-3 days a week although my intention is to take them daily. I’m obsessed with gummies, so these sound right up my alley!
Erica @ For the Sake of Cake
I take gummy vitamins each day + a calcium supplement! I typically use a different brand, so I’d be curious to try these!
I take Vitamin D & iron supplements each day
I take a Calcium and B12 vitamin…but often skip, too! I hate swallowing those big horse pills. I would LOVE to try gummies!
I take a multivit, calcium, and vit c daily:)
I don’t actually take vitamins anymore. I tend to eat pretty clean so I feel like I get mostly everything I need through meals…but that wouldn’t keep me from trying something new!
I take a gummy multivitamin every morning when I get out of bed! It’s a habit I started a couple of years ago
I would love to try these gummy vitamins! I have always wondered about them. Thanks for the chance to win!
Melissa @ Freeing Imperfections
I would love to try these. I used to take vitamins daily, but I have a hard time swallowing pills. These would be the perfect solution!
Danielle @ It' a Harleyyy Life
I don’t take any becauseeeeee I can’t swallow pills!
have fallen off the vitamin wagon!
I just started taking digestive enzymes, which I am loving! But other than that I just try to get my nutrients from what I eat! I would love to try these gummies, though!!
I’ve been taking gummy vitamins for awhile now. I used to forget allll the time to take the boring ones, but now I never miss a day! My stock is getting low though…
I just take a nature made multi vitamin for her. I would love to try these. I will look for them!
these look delicious!
I do not take any now, but gummies sound like something worth trying!
I just started taking the fish oil gummies by this brand and they ARE yummy!
i don’t take vitamins but really should get on a routine where i do daily!!
I currently only take a calcium that also had vitamin D and Magnesium. I would love to take a multi and a few others that taste good too!!
I try to take a multivitamin everyday – and sometimes will take vitamin B, C or D, or calcium!
I’m currently taking a prenatal everyday along with a dha supplement. 🙂
I take a Multi and Omega 3 daily.
Yep, I take a generic multivitamin.
I always try to take a pill form generic multi v but they always make me sick in the morning, I think the gummies would definitely help combat that!
I usually take a Flintstone chewable multi but I would love to try these. My Dr actually recommends taking a children’s chewable vitamin if you can not swallow pills easily!
The gummy vitamins are the only ones that don’t upset my stomach! I have to take any others at night and with food. Not sure why but I have always been sensitive to pills on an empty stomach. I do a multivitamin + folic acid (almost 😉 ) everyday.
I hate the way my MV tastes and my Omegas are advertized not to cause fish burps, but…lies. Even if I don’t win these I am going to give these a try.
I always take a multivitamin and pro-biotic
I was taking One A Day Metabolism but they upset my stomach. Now I am trying Trader Joe’s prenatal vitamins as the doc says these are gentle…we’ll see. I try to take them every day, but it’s more like every other day.
I do not take any.
I’ve tried a gummies on once but it left an icky taste in my mouth.
I try to take vitamins but it’s not exactly enjoyable! Tasty gummy vitamins would definitely help!!
I take a calcium and vitamin D as well as a multivitamin. Us northern girls gotta get our vitamin D in somehow during these winter months – I live in Wisconsin!
I only take a prenatal vitamin!
I have been taking a multi-vitamin for quite a while, and now I have discovered the magic of B-vitamins (particularly B12), and I have been taking a B complex pill along with a niacin tablet. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway!

Oh my goodness these things are soooo good – I once ate too many and got a stomach ache, though. Gotta remember they’re vitamins, not candy!
Because its in the winter, the only thing I take is vitamin D because of the lack of sunshine I get in Boston…in the summer, I am more likely to do a calcium supplement because I don’t drink as much coffee/cocoa with milk!
Haven’t been taking any vitamins regularly, but I bet I would stick with the gummies – yum!
I don’t take any vitamins, but I take fish oil and eat flaxseed and chia seeds regularly.
I take an iron pill daily!
I don’t take any vitamins but would definitely start using the gummy ones!
I take a multi-vitamin (1-A-Day) everyday!!
I take a one-a-day multivitamin for womone most days (when I remember!). But they are huge, tasteless pills that kill my stomach if I don’t eat with them. These would probably work much better for me!
