Hi friends! I hope you have a had a great Monday and start to the week.
First of all, I want to apologize for having more than a couple of typos in this morning’s post. I didn’t have time to thoroughly proofread, but still… yeesh. That was painful and embarrassing to go back and read later! Sorry.
I don’t have much time to chat, but I wanted to at least pop in and share my love for warmer weather and running outside again. I have certainly been taking advantage of it! It’s been a wonderful addition into my afternoons when I can fit it in.
After my last couple of runs, I have also been coming inside and completing a short circuit workout afterwards. Do you ever do that? I do… all the time. Like today. And last Friday!
I go for a run, then feel like I need to do something else when I get home. But what?
For me, it’s been all about the booty lately!
As soon as I got in from 3 miles today, I pulled up an oldie but goodie that targets the glutes, quads and hamstrings. I repeated it once and finished in just under 15 minutes. I love that workout and definitely felt the burn!

Happy Monday! I almost always “superset” cardio with a circuit, I just usually do the circuit workout before the cardio portion. Maybe I’ll try switching the order up this week and see how it goes 🙂

I usually do cardio first to warm up and get it done, but it’s totally a personal preference!

Happiest Monday to you too! That tabata workout…I love! Those v-ups are killer, but I know they work. I’ve been doing this one Tone it Up workout video online for abs for a while now (not every day…just about 2 or 3 times a week) and it is intense.
