I have a distinct feeling that a few things about this morning are going to become a bit of a habit. Lets start with breakfast!
I hadn’t pulled any kind of gluten free or whole grain waffles out of the freezer lately, but for some reason they have been calling to me this week.
I feel satisfied and full enough after two, but could totally eat ten more if you’d let me!
Third, I have really been leaning on at-home Ballet Beautiful workouts to keep me in court shape over the past few weeks.
That’s right. A challenging workout you can do on the floor of your home, in your sweats and worn gym socks without judgement.
I wrote about the DVD series at the end of March and have turned to them when I am in a pinch, or to be honest… when I don’t feel like working out at all. Even a short twenty minute segments seem to do wonders!
