Hi friends! I hope your Tuesday has started off on a great note.
This morning has already kept me busy with teaching a 6 a.m. strength training class and covering a 1-on-1 personal training session. I’m on a short break before my next class, so I thought I’d pop in to chat while I inhale breakfast #1.

I seriously can’t get enough of these types of workouts lately. When I only have a half an hour to spare and don’t have time to shower afterwards, they are the short and not-so sweet way to go!
What Would You Ask Gabrielle Reece?
As some of you already know, I will be heading to Los Angeles, California to attend the IDEA BlogFest and World Convention next week! I am absolutely thrilled to get out there and enjoy a handful of days on the west coast.
Just like last year, I am looking forward to reconnecting with some blogging buddies and meeting new ones. I am excited to learn from fitness professionals and attend sessions given by some of the greatest names in the business.
Before the conference, however, I have been graciously presented with an opportunity to interview former Women’s Beach Volleyball League star and fitness icon Gabrielle Reece!
Gabby has been a huge inspiration on and off the pro beach volleyball court, and has used her fitness experience to create her own high-intensity explosive training and conditioning program, HIGHX powered by Lifeline.
Not only will Gabby be the keynote speaker for BlogFest 2015, but she will also be leading a session and workout. I’m so pumped to try it!
So, what would you like to ask Gabrielle Reece?
While I could stick to strictly fitness and volleyball questions, I thought it would be better to include more “real life” type of questions some of you might be wondering as well.

• It looks like you and your husband do a great job keeping your family on the healthy track! Have your kids learned to love the healthy eating lifestyle?
• How often do you complete HIGHX workouts?
• So, you’ve competed professionally while 5 months pregnant! What tips would you give to pregnant women who are looking to stay fit but not overdo it?
• What is your favorite way to unwind or relax?
