Hi friends! Happy Friday! Who’s ready for the weekend?
Before we get all Saturday happy, there is still one more week day to get through. I started sharing Friday Favorites to help the transition into the end of the work week a little easier.
Below you will find a collection of things I have been enjoying, seeing, using, reading, wearing, watching (etc.) over the course of the week. Everything on this list either made me laugh, smile, or swoon.

• light pink nail polish
As much as I am embracing the season of Fall, I have to say that I am not quite ready to transition over to dark nail polish just yet.
For the past couple of weeks, I have been painting my nails with O.P.I.’s It’s a Girl I actually received as a gift at a baby shower. I love soft pink nails and think I can get away with wearing it all year long.
• the best pumpkin cereal (it’s back!)
I have shared this cereal on the blog before, but it’s been a little while. Nature’s Path Pumpkin Raisin Crunch can usually only be spotted seasonally, and it’s baaack!
I cannot wait to tear into this box!
• 17 Times Disney Princesses Totally Felt Our Workout Struggles via FitSugar.
Hahaha! I feel you Elsa. I always think it’s a great idea to run in the snow… until I run in the snow. Also, Cinderella nailed it.
and while we’re talking Disney Princesses…
• Disney Princesses Do Halloween via PopSugar.
I don’t know why, but for some reason Alice as Buffy really cracked me up.
Ahh, I love Halloween!
• SuperButters
In dire need of a new nut or almond butter, I just so happened to pass these SuperButter seed butters at Papa Joe’s.
I love seed butters, and they were buy one get one free. Obviously I had to leave with both the original and chocolate flavors. Great butters!
• fall dishtowels
I’m proud of myself for not going overboard on the fall decorations this year. In fact, my efforts in sprucing our place up with autumn hues has been very underwhelming. I did, however, pick up this set of dishtowels from TJMaxx a few weeks ago.
So I guess there’s that.
• crunching all the leaves
There’s just something about leaves on the ground that gets me giddy. First, I get excited that leaves are changing and falling, but then I realize I can stomp on them.
It is my absolute favorite time of the year to go running outside!
I’m so embarrassing. It’s fine.

• Villa Jolanda Moscato & Peach
Umm. This might be the best bottle of wine I have ever tried.
It’s super sweet, but if you are a fan of sweeter wines, then you are in for a treat with this one.
I’m pretty sure Scott picked this bottle up from Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace. I’m not sure where else you can find it, but they are sold for a great price online.
• butcher block’s smoked dog bone
Have you guys ever seen Butcher Block’s dog bones? I hadn’t until I saw them at Papa Joe’s. (Once again, quickly becoming smitten with PJ’s!)
This one was $5.99 and reminded me of a seasoned type of elk antler I have brought home for Roadie before. He loves it!!
The brown layer is almost completely gone, but it has lasted a lot longer than I expected it to. Keep an eye out for them!

Scott sent this article to me yesterday and it is totally accurate. For the record, I’m not always hungry. I just really, really enjoy food.

Two of my very favorite television shows are back on, back-to-back for that matter! (Grey’s Anatomy + Scandal)
I haven’t watched How To Get Away With Murder, mostly because I don’t want to get sucked into another show. I’m sure it’s great.

It’s wild how fast these 5 years with him have gone … 7 since we moved to NYC and into our apartment, dreaming of the day our kids would someday go to the *awesome* school right down our block. 🏫

I heard that How to Get Away with Murder is good! I haven’t watched it yet but think I will try it out, lol. I love Scandal and Grey’s, though! I also never heard of that wine website but I’m all about it right now! Hope 6:30 isn’t too early for thinking about wine, ha!
Me too! I’ll probably catch it on Netflix when it’s over. That way I can watch as many episodes as I want on a rainy day. 😉

Me too! I wish it would stay this way for longer. I love Fall! I have to be honest, Scandal isn’t grabbing me like the past seasons have. I hope it gets better!!
Light pink polish is my go-to! I’m terrible about keeping up my nails, so I think it lasts the longest before showing chips.

I can not wait for the fall weather and the fall leaves. I don’t know what California’s problem is haha but it always takes forever. And I’m the same, I’m just not ready for fall colors, well I am, but I did have my nails painted dark green one day and immediately missed my light pinks haha. .So now they have been painted Essie’s Romper Room for two weeks straight.
Aw, I bet. Don’t worry… we never felt Fall in Florida. I love it in MI right now, but know that love is temporary… Winter is going to be brutal! Enjoy the CA sunshine and ocean for me! 🙂

Agreed! And yup, usually Roadie’s toys and bones are gone in ten minutes. This one has already lasted for days! Great investment.

That pink looks so cute! I’ve been trying to think of a nail color that’s super-subtle for engagement pics this month – I might have to try it. I don’t want something bright, but that looks just “nice”, you know?
