Man, this week flew. Forget this week… how about this month and (whoa) this year? Time is rigged. I’m convinced.
Anyways, today we have a lot of favorites to touch on! Below you will find a collection of things I have been enjoying, seeing, using, reading, wearing, watching, and loving over the course of the week.
Everything on this list either made me laugh, smile, or swoon.

Friday Favorites #63: Week of 11/14
• accessories via Target
(As if I needed one more thing to be obsessed with at this store.)
I really underestimated the Merona brand at Target.
I always look over it, but for whatever reason the section popped out at me on my last trip in and I came out with two winners! One is an Aztec printed infinity scarf, and the other is the with a removable strap.

I have been looking for a similar brown crossbody bag, but couldn’t turn this adorable pink one down when I saw the $22.99 price tag. I have been wearing both of these items constantly… it’s almost embarrassing.
• Nicole Miller iphone case
Speaking of great deals, I found this Nicole Miller stripped mirror iphone case at Marshalls last week for under $10.
I can’t find it online, but I did see that Nicole Miller makes a case with a and that is pretty cool too!
• salt water taffy
We picked up this bag of salt water taffy goodness on Scott’s birthday. It’s from Yates Cider Mill, but the candies were originally made in Frankenmuth.
Although the bag was for the birthday boy, I have definitely had my fair share of it while I’ve been home. It’s so good!

Whenever I am in search of new tunes to play in the background, I search over the popular playlists and always enjoy a good throwback collection. This one was on point yesterday.
• Victoria’s Secret naughty kiss lip gloss
This one has been a long time coming. I received this Naughty Kiss lip gloss as part of a Christmas present last year, I believe?
It looks pretty hard to find these days, but the tingling mint flavor is an instant lip plumper. I can’t get enough of it!

• first snowfall of the season
Yep. Snow happened yesterday.
It wasn’t for long and it didn’t stick the two times I saw flurries, but snowflakes fell and I’m not sure how I feel about it.
It’s pretty, and I love it, but maybe I’m just not ready for it yet?
I’m still deciding… but I couldn’t help but to include it in the round up.
• puffer vests
I mentioned this last week in my Workout Gear for Winter Running post, but I have a slight obsession with puffer vests.

Over short sleeves, long sleeves, sweaters, zip ups, and sweat shirts, puffer vests are a great piece to layer with for almost any activity.

I enjoy bumming around in them and have my eye on purchasing even more this season. Somebody stop me!
• this mommy-daughter yoga duo that is too cute for words
Seriously though, how cute are they? Okay… my future daughter doesn’t have to be a dancer. As long as she does yoga as a toddler in matching leggings with me, I’ll be happy.

Skyler did great walking into KINDERGARTEN with a big smile on his face this morning. I, however, was a bit of a mess on our walk home. 🥹
It’s wild how fast these 5 years with him have gone … 7 since we moved to NYC and into our apartment, dreaming of the day our kids would someday go to the *awesome* school right down our block. 🏫

I have been looking for a cute puffer vest all season. Where are you looking? I got one from Jcrew but didn’t love the fit so I returned. I did just get a fur vest 🙂 but that obviously isn’t everyday! Happy Friday!

They’re great for fall! I probably won’t get too much wear out of them a month or so from now, but they’ve been great for the transition in seasons!
The mother-daughter yoga photos are so so so cute! I saw those a while back on Facebook and was awwwing overall of them. I just got a new vest at Lulu – they have super cute stuff right now!
Aren’t they the sweetest? I’ve never actually purchased anything from lulu – but I love browsing their stuff! So cute.

Puffer vests are awesome! I also woke up to some snow on the ground here in New England and I’m SO not ready for it either. Luckily it looks like it will be melted by the end of the day. Also, love the spotify throwback playlist you have going on. “Slide” was my jam back in the day 😉

Speaking of vests…I have a problem. I just bought two more from Old Navy (30% off last weekend!), and as I was stuffing them in my closet, I counted how many I now have…I think 14? Yikes. In my defense, three are denim, two are sweater-type vests, one is fleece, and one is a black dressier one (like a blazer, but a vest). So only 7 or so are puffer vests! I need help…
Ha, that’s awesome! I certainly won’t judge it. I would to add more puffer vests to my collection, although I probably don’t need any!

Happy Friday to you, Heather! I can’t believe it’s snowing. You know I’ve only seen snow one time in my life. I got a puffer vest a couple weeks ago and haven’t worn it yet. And of course, who doesn’t love a good shiny lip gloss? Have a good one!
We should totally trade houses for a week. You can enjoy the snow and wearing your puffer vest and I can enjoy those amazing cliffs on the beach you’re posting about! Sounds pretty great to me 😉

I seriously think I may have to give in and get one of those puffy vests. They feel sorta impractical for the weather here (nonstop rain) but they are SO cute!
Speaking of snow, apparently it snows *maybe* once per year here, and I guess the students were wishing for some so there was fake snow sprinkled all over campus yesterday. 😉

Haha, I grew up in Frankenmuth and always find it funny when people talk about it. To everyone else it’s a fun weekend destination but to people who live there it’s a boring town with nothing to do! Although I do like going back once in a while to go to the Fudge Kitchen 🙂

I’ve never watched a full episode of The Mindy Project, but from what I’ve seen it’s pretty funny!
Um, I think I need about 4 of those varieties of Merona bags in different colors. Crossbody bags are my favorite! I got hooked on them in college. As for the New Girl posts, the first one about food just gets me. On a deep level. Love me some Jess!
