Hello, hello! Today I am excited to share a handful of items that are either on this year’s wishlist or purchases I have made with this stocking stuffer list in mind.
Below you will find a complied list of things I have been absolutely loving lately. Any item would make a great gift, secret Santa present, or stocking stuffer for $25 or under. I could have kept going, too… but instead I plan to share a few additional gift guides with you very soon.
For now, let’s start small and with the basics. Enjoy!
2013 Holiday Gift Guide: Stocking Stuffers
• Essie holiday nail polish set, Target, $14.99
While browsing for some fresh colors, I recently stumbled upon this holiday inspired set of Essie nail colors from Target.
Even if you didn’t want to get a set, a nail polish or two would be just as exciting! I would literally wear any of their colors.
• glitz and glamour hair ties, Dye Ties, Set of 5 for $12
I have been obsessed with these from the moment I bought my first set off three last year. You can usually find them at any accessory store, yoga studio, or women’s specialty shop. I picked this adorable packet of five Dye Ties from at my last spray tan appointment and wanted so many more.
They are much cuter to wear on your wrist when you think you might need a hair tie later in the day, and are less damaging on your hair than traditional elastic. I think I would by one in every print and color if I could.
• fabric braided iPhone charger, Etsy.com, $9.95
I don’t know how it is at your house, but at ours it’s a challenge to keep up with our phone chargers. My husband will often borrow mine, “forget” to give it back to me, then claim it’s his when I ask for it back.
Make labeling chargers easy (and adorable!) with a fun and colorful one. They have plenty to browse through online, but these fabric braided charger cords I saw on Etsy really stood out to me.
• antibacterial lotion set of 5, Bath & Body Works, $5
I love these little hand sanitizers. I always have one floating around in my purse, gym bag, dance bag, and many places in between.
They are great for traveling and in a pinch when you aren’t able to wash your hands. You just never know when you might need to sanitize!
• wine glass markers, Etsy.com + Amazon.com, $9.99 – $18
Markers for beer bottles and wine glasses is a genius idea. We have a few in our house, but I have been wanting to scoop up a nice set to leave in our kitchen for entertaining. How adorable are these?
You can find unique sets of them at any major kitchen supplies retailer, but my favorites are usually hand made, and once again found on Etsy. I am absolutely swooning over this chevron button print on the left. And how about that cute bouquet of floral wine charms? I want.
You could even loose the charms all together and grab these Wine Glass Writer Metallic Pens!
• ColdGear headwear, Under Armour, $24.99
You might catch me sporting a warm hat or two from the collection below… like almost every day lately…
As part of a review for FitFluential, I was able to review these cuuute (and super warm!) accessories from Under Armour’s Cold Gear line. I fell in love and rotate them constantly!
• hand cream, Bath & Body Works/Herbacin/Yes To Carrots, $1.50 – $12
Something I think anyone living up north would like to see in their stocking and carry in their purse is hand lotion.
Pictured left to right: Super-Softening Paraffin Hand Lotion (Bath & Body Works), Glycerine Hand Cream (Herbacin), Intense Repair Hand Cream (Yes To Carrots)
• fuzzy socks, Target (and almost any retail store), around $5
Because you can really never have enough of them.
I found these in the junior’s section at Target for $5.10!
• DeVita Beauty Products
This seems completely random, but I was recently able to test out a few DeVita Natural Skin Care products and loved them. I thought you or a friend might be interested in the goods too!
The Softlines eyeliner pencil ($11.21) on the left has a built in sharpener in the top as well as a smudger at the bottom. The LIP volumizer ($17.21) is phenom, and the before makeup primer & corrector ($20.96) is great! I really think all are quality products any woman would like to have in her makeup drawer.
• monogrammed mug, Anthropologie, $8
Every time I go in that store I resist, but am still dying to have at least one of these. Pictured is the Homegrown Monogram Mug and here’s another I’m yearning for.
And that just about wraps it up (for today)! I’m off and out the door to meet a friend for lunch then perform at a home game tonight. Happy shopping!

Love the mugs and iPhone chargers. Never can have enough of those!
I swear I own 10 that just end up walking off on their own somewhere… 😉
These are all great ideas! I’m the oldest out of my siblings (I’m 27, brother is 23, sister is 20) and I always give them stocking stuffers in addition to a bigger gift. I actually purchased some of the B&B hand sanitizers, fuzzy socks, VS body lotion, and coffee mugs with large handles (am I the only one who hates small handled cups?!) to throw in this year. Do you have any suggestions for small gifts/stocking stuffers for young men? Maybe they’re just picky and I over analyze, but I feel like my husband and brother are always hard to shop for!
I’m obsessed with large coffee mugs and handles!
Hmm… men are always tricky for me to buy for. For stockings, I’ve always gone with dress socks, quality gym or running socks, cologne, gum, gloves or winter accessories (if you live where it’s cold), Starbucks/Home Depot/(insert favorite store here) gift card, a favorite CD, etc. Here’s some more ideas that might help! http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2013/12/06/gifts-for-boyfriends_n_4384768.html
Good Luck! 🙂
I absolutely love mugs like that. Those anthropologie mugs are definitely some of my favorite I own. Although I don’t own those exact ones.
And I also love those bath and body works sanitizers. I seriously have about 13 different ones. It’s a problem.
Aren’t they they cutest? Ha, you can never have enough sanitizers (or lotions) in my book!
These are all great ideas!!! 🙂
Thank you Lisa, Happy Holidays! 🙂
Fuzzy socks. Enough said.
Right? Give me all the fuzzy socks. Please?
I have been coveting the Anthropologie mugs for a while now. At $8.00 each I don’t know why I don’t break down and buy a couple for myself. Hmmm, maybe I’ll add that to my Christmas list!!
Ha, same here! Next time I am actually IN the store I might just have to sneak them over to the cash register. 😉
Love everything in here. I can never have enough fuzzy socks and chargers. And lotion is the best winter treat!!
Agreed! Ever since I moved up where it’s actually cold in the winter it’s the number one thing I have to have in my purse at all times. And chapstick of course.
I think it’s safe to say that I am officially obsessed with Essie nail polish. Almost every time I’m at Target, a bottle just “happens” to end up in my basket. And those Anthropologie mugs are adorable!
Haha, sounds a lot like me. Half the things that end up in my Target shopping cart aren’t really “necessary”… just great finds! 😀
Great article. thanks for sharing it.
