All services will start with a consultation call. I think it’s important to get to know each other and talk about your health, goals, and lifestyle.
This is my favorite way to work with you: one on one! This package includes 6 weeks of 4-6 workout per week that I create for you, based upon your unique goals, availability, and timeline. All workouts will include exercise breakdowns, video demonstrations and a fitness calendar with your program inputted. You don’t have to have access to a full gym, as all workouts are crafted for what you have available in your home and/or at the gym. You will receive a sample meal plan, unlimited support, and weekly check-ins for questions, feedback, adjustments, and more.
Do you have a friend, spouse, or family member that you’d like to have as your workout partner? I can offer a group rate and tweak/modify templates to reflect each person’s needs.
As a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and mom who loved to work out during my pregnancy, I have a special place in my heart for new moms and moms-to-be! If you’re looking for a program that will help you feel good, stay moving (or get moving post-baby) with all pregnancy-friendly exercises, this is for you. Pre-natal formatting will focus on slowly backing off of intensity and building up muscles used for labor, while post-natal templates will slowly and safely ease you back into a “normal” fitness routine.
I will sporadically be running bootcamps and invite you to join in on the upcoming round! You’ll receive daily healthy living content, 4 new workouts per week (with modifications and advancements to cater to different levels), and group accountability check-ins to stay on track. If this one interests you the most, please reach out and let me know! The more interest I get, the more often I will run and open them.
