Hey friend! It feels like forever since I’ve shared an update, and wow—can you believe we’re closing in on November?
The end of 2024 is creeping up on us. With the holiday season fast approaching, I’ve been in full-on preparation mode, doing a lot of reflecting on the year and planning for what’s next. Backing up to today, I’m thrilled to share some exciting Beautycounter news with you!
If you’ve followed along on my Life In Leggings – Beautycounter page or subscribe to the clean beauty email list, you may have seen some sneak peaks, but in case you missed it — here’s everything you need to know to get ready for an upcoming sale launching on November 1st.
A Quick Recap
Before we dive in, I want to take a moment to thank you for your patience over the last few months. It’s been a time of change that none of us anticipated. For those wondering what’s been going on with Beautycounter, I covered it all in a recent blog post. I know that this downtime may have caused some inconvenience, and believe me, I’ve felt it too.
I’ve tried a few alternative products to hold me over, but honestly, nothing has quite measured up to the quality of Beautycounter for me. As a girl on a budget, I’m not really up for paying more than I did for clean skincare and makeup products, so some of the options I’ve heard great things about or wanted to research don’t really fit as an option for me.
Call me stuck in my ways of comfort, but I quickly jumped on the opportunity to purchase a few Beautycounter products through two exclusive consultant-only sales within the past few months, and I am really happy that there is one coming up that will be open to everyone!
What’s Happening Now
Although Beautycounter’s full re-launch isn’t here yet, this sale will allow you to shop your favorite Beautycounter products during this “in-between” period. Think of it as a mini-holiday sale, complete with some fun buy-one-get-one opportunities sprinkled in, too.
To be honest, there was a part of me that was hesitant to share the news of the sale with you.
I completely understand that this time of change may have left you feeling unsure about the brand. My goal has always been to champion clean beauty and provide transparent reviews, regardless of where you choose to shop. Beautycounter’s mission—getting cleaner products into more hands—remains dear to me, but I fully support you on your clean beauty journey, wherever it may lead.
If you are into reading labels and researching what products are the best fit for you and your family, this makes me very happy and I will always be here cheering you on and providing any advice you seek throughout the journey. I really mean that.
Over the years, I’ve learned that you can’t always put your eggs into one basket, and it personally didn’t feel right for me to jump right over to another brand to partner with during this in between time.
Instead, I’ve worked on other projects and have remained optimistic that Beautycounter will come back when the time is right.
I joined a call last week with the Founder and CEO, Gregg Renfrew, and she shared a few updates and insight about things coming in 2025. There is a re-launch on deck, there will be a new website, and there will be consultants and partners sharing the story. I’m not viewing this opportunity as a main job or “side hustle” even, instead I’m putting this into a category of doing something that makes me smile, enjoying a discount on products I love and maybe even earning enough to cover the cost of products for myself and my family.
And that is okay with me!
