Hello! How has the week been treating you so far?
Ours has been a tad unconventional while we entertain an out-of-town family member, but I promise things will start to get close to normal around here very shortly. Or eventually.
Over the past decade or so, I haven’t given much thought towards what type of lotion to buy, but I have always been adamant about using something to moisturize my skin after every single shower. In the past, I have picked up what has been on sale, and haven’t really given the type or brand a second thought. Lotion is lotion, right? Yeah… not so much.
Founded in 1870, Vaseline has been safely helping skin heal for over 140 years. When I was given the opportunity to test out their brand new line of healing serums, I quickly hopped on board hoping to see results.
If there is anything that I constantly struggle with year after year during freezing Michigan winters, it’s dry and cracked skin, especially on my hands. This makes me the perfect prospect in need of a serious healing treatment.
A couple of weeks ago, I received the full line of NEW Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Healing Serums. They arrived in a special care package, complete with sweet treats straight from Magnolia Bakery in New York City.
Yummm. I love that bakery! Everything they make is so, so good.
… I’m sorry, what we were talking about?
Skincare. Got it.
Have you ever used a healing serum in your skincare?
As part of my everyday routine, I currently trust in a serum to coat and protect my skin every time I wash my face. I absolutely love and swear by them.
Known for providing advanced benefits in face and hair care, serums are now available for all-over body care to moisturize and heal dry, damaged skin, thanks to Vaseline.
The NEW Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Healing Serums provide dry skin with 10x the healing power* to reverse dry skin damage.
(*moisturized to visibly heal dry skin by 10x over time)
The new line of serums is available in 3 different variants:
Deep Repair deeply moisturizes to heal rough cracked skin.
Advanced Relief moisturizes to heal and calm severely dry skin.
Radiance Restore moisturizes to heal and restore radiance to dry, dull skin.
All three versions have one main thing in common: the ingredients moisturize to provide an effective dry skin healing regimen, perfect for everyday use.
I have been continuously rotating between the three bottles since the day I received them. I honestly haven’t strayed to anything else since! Straight out of the shower to around town in my purse, the healing serums have been my go-to protectant from the bitter cold temperatures this season.
While I would recommend any of the variants, my favorite smell is the Advance Relief (right), and I really like that the Radiance Restore (left) is made with pure cocoa butter. The (future) inner-pregnant woman in me is all over that cocoa butter.
All Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Healing Serums can be used daily for all over body care, and are available at food drug and mass retailers nationwide for $7.99. For more information, visit www.Vaseline.us!
