Hello, hello! I am currently getting ready to head out to gym and then the grocery store to start preparing a traditional Irish meal tonight at the Hesington Household.
Before get goin’, I wanted to share some of my favorite green dishes with you. Because (shocker!) I am a bit obsessed with eating and cooking with green things, especially vegetables. If you’re new around here, I am sure you will catch on sooner than later!
To celebrate, I have rounded up my favorite go-to green recipes.
Just in time for a St. Patty’s Day inspired snack or dinner. Enjoy!
• green smoothies + smoothie bowls
Some of my favorite combos can be found here, here, and here.

Wishing all of you a very happy, safe, and yummy St. Patrick’s Day!

That corned beef cabbage meal looks like it’s straight out of Newfoundland. A popular meal back home is called a “Jigs Dinner” which consists of everything boiling in one big ol’ pot with some salt meat (beef). Ha!

I’ve gotten really into broccoli slaw over the last few months… it’s a perfect addition to salads or various dishes to add in vegetables.
Great list!
