Considering we are already more than halfway into February, I thought it would be a great time to continue on with the January edition of Fashion Favorites!
Through this monthly fashion check-in, I compile some easy-to-assemble outfits I wore throughout that month when I wasn’t in workout clothes.
By no means is this a fashion blog, but I do enjoy highlighting my finds (most likely on a budget) from time to time. From what I gather, a lot of readers like to see fashion stuff pop up on the blog too! So here we are.
While I was putting this post together, I realized a major fail. I only snapped a handful of outfits, and almost all of them are super casual. I’ll be sure to capture more for February!

My main fashion goal during this time of year is not to freeze while living in Michigan. I am a huge fan of layering and love to wear winter accessories like scarves, gloves, hats, and boots. Looking back on these photos makes me realize I should probably dress up a little more every now and then. Oh well, whatever keeps me warm, right?

I love your sweaters! They’re adorable!!!!
Thank you!
You have the cutest beanies!
They’re a must in The Mitten! 😉
A scarf with pockets? I had no clue that those existed, but now I WANT one!
It’s seriously the best, I have two now and want more!
I love that sweater with the elbow patches!
I wear it way too much 😉
Cute outfits! You look good in everything!
Aw, thanks Erin!
I love that so many of your clothes come from Marshalls and Forever 21. I have a lot of pieces from those stores too. Cute and affordable!
Hehe, gotta love it! I actually haven’t been in Forever 21 in quite some time, but I seem to keep pulling out those items from my closet. It’s crazy how long they have lasted!
You’re inspiring me to wear my puffy vest more. I was convinced it adds ten pounds on me but that might be in my head. Regardless it’s so warm and cozy!
Puffy vests are my jam! Especially in the fall or on the “warmer” winter days. <3
I’m just so impressed that you wear actual clothes–I pretty much live in my activewear. 🙂 Very cute outifts! I’m going to have to look into Stitchfix. I’ve been wearing a lot of gray lately. And anything cozy. It’s cold here in Chicago, too!
I actually didn’t show a lot of my outfits because they are all black leggings, boots and a comfy sweater. Haha. That is literally my winter wardrobe not in activewear 😉
All your outfits are so cute, and I’m really loving the photo of you where you even get the back to show in the mirror! Nice job! 🙂
Haha, thanks! You have to get creative when you’re the usually the only one home to take pics 😉
You have the CUTEST fun and comfy looking style! <3 it.
Aw, thanks Emily! Comfy is key. 😉
These are all such cute outfit you fashionista you!
Aw, thanks!
Love the outfits! I am definitely loving my own life in leggings, and all of the new colourful leggings that are coming out to workout in! 🙂
Hehe, yay, you totally get it! 😉

All of these outfits are so adorable! You look so darn cute it makes me want to go shopping! I don’t dress up nearly enough so when I do it is a big process! I LOVE infinity scarves, beanies, and vests!
