Good Morninggg and Happy Friday!
Holy wow, today marks the thirtieth week of Friday Favorites here on the blog! (<- What? How?)
After doing them consistently for a few months, I started noticing how popular they were becoming in the blogosphere and decided to make it a link-up party for anyone and everyone to join in on at eight weeks in. Thanks to you all, not only have I kept it going, but I look forward to hosting it every week more than you know. You guys are seriously the best! (Woo hoo!)
All right, before things get rowdy, let’s kick start the weekend with this week’s edition of #FFavorites. Don’t forget to tell me all about what you have been loving in the comments section too!
Friday Favorites #30: Week of 3/28
• life quote refrigerator magnet
I found this gem in the greeting cards aisle at the grocery store.
I couldn’t help but to bring it home, and have been enjoying seeing these words of wisdom every time I enter the kitchen.
• Yes To product haul
About a month ago, I received a ridiculously large box of products from my friends over at Yes To. (Check out my reviews here and here!)
This week, I have been loving:
– Yes To Blueberries Deep Wrinkle Night Cream + Daily Facial SPF Moisturizer
– Yes To Cucumbers Facial Towelettes + Gentle Milk Cleanser
– Yes To Carrots Daily Cream Facial Cleanser
– Yes To Grapefruit Dark Circle Correcting Eye Cream
– Pomegranate + Blueberry Lip Balm
Also, (I guess I am a little late to the share party here… but) March is National Women’s History Month! To celebrate, Yes To created the March Hashtag Project to inspire, empower, and get women to say YES more.
(Check out this video for more info… you might even see a cameo by yours truly pop up around the :24 mark!)
Love it! #YESTOMOVEMENT
• egg, English muffin + jelly breakfast sandwiches
I go through phases with English muffins, and I have definitely been “on” with them lately. At least three times this week, I enjoyed the following breakfast that takes about five minutes to make.
Egg whites + organic berry preserves on a whole wheat English muffin.
Yummm!
• Reebok outerwear
I shared a great Reebok discount with you last Friday. I also took advantage of it myself and finally used up some gift cards I have been hoarding.
Pictured: Reebok ONE Series Cotton Hoody, Dance Capri, Fleece Brush Back Hoodie, Yoga Burnout Pant
I went out on a limb and ordered up in size on the zip up, and ordered a size down on the pull over. Well, the zip up is for sure a size too big and the pull over fits snug. It looks like I will be doing some exchanges on those two. Bummer!
I did, however, already wear the dance capri to practice last night and received a ton of compliments. They are so soft and unbelievably comfy!
• How I Scrunch + Tight Curl My Hair Video Tutorial
I have been rockin’ this hairstyle like nobody’s business lately! In case you missed it, I finally shared my ways with the diffuser and wand yesterday.
(By the way, I really have fun putting these little tutorials together. Have a request? Send it on over via the comments section or email!)
Keep an eye out for Part II of this one, as I am currently working on another to show you how to make this hairstyle last at least a few days. (Don’t judge… just accept it and move on.) 😉
• Arm & Hammer plus Oxi Clean Pet Stain & Odor Remover
This might sound lame, but I recently got really excited over this stain and odor remover.
I used it to clean up a couple of pet messes (<- our house was kind of a zoo over the weekend) and Scott actually complimented how good the house smelled that day. It did a fantastic job of removing the stain and left the house smelling fresh as ever!
• Pistons vs. Heat Game
Tonight our Pistons take on the Miami Heat, and it is one of the few games of the season that is totally sold out!
I am pumped to sit on the sidelines and also to see the Bad Boys – 1989 NBA Championship (Pistons!) Team – reunite during halftime. It should be an absolute blast!
• Florida for the weekend
Directly after the game, I will be getting ready to fly down south for the weekend. My friend and college roommate, Katie, is getting married and I am so excited to sneak away for a couple days and celebrate with my friends!
Yup, I guess you could say I am already in a pretty amazing mood!
Your Turn
Have a very Happy Friday! 😀
Runner Girl Eats
I love all of these favorites…but will be cheering for the Heat tonight 😉 This week I have been loving relaxing. It is the first week since our wedding that we really have nothing that has to be done. Who knew doing nothing could be some fun?!
forthesakeofcake
I will have to try that Arm & Hammer stuff! I have a carpet cleaner that works miracles but I HATE the smell!
Heather
This stuff would definitely be an upgrade!
Mrs. Murphy's Law of Fitness
Okay, that stain and odor remover is seriously the best! I’ve been using it for a few years now and it’s the only thing that will literally get rid of any stain. I don’t even have an animal anymore, but still buy it because of how amazing it is. Joseph wrote ALL over our couch the other day with an ink pen and that got it right up! I love it. 🙂
Heather
I’m glad I’m not the only one excited about a stain remover… lol!

Loving your Friday Favorites.
I’m traveling back to Florida for a very short trip next weekend and cannot wait. Hope you have safe travels and enjoy the sunshine (at least hoping it is sunny).
Happy Friday to you!
Best, Ashley aladygoeswest.com
Heather
Oh, have fun! Happy Weekend!

Isn’t the egg/jam combo the best? I cannot get enough of it right now. I love adding in avocado to the mix, too!
Heather
Yes! It’s the “jam”! 😉

My favorite thing about Friday?! Your Friday Favorites! 🙂 & by the way your dress is adorable in that last picture! I may need to start shredding the workout gear & try playing dress up a little more often!
Heather
Aw, thank you so much Courtney! And ha… I feel the same way sometimes!
Ashley @ My Food N Fitness Diaries
I’ve been wanting to try out some of those Yes To products. I’ve heard so many great things about them! I’m with you on the English muffin thing…totally go in phases with them. They sure sound good right now as you’re talking about your egg + jam sandwich! I’ll need to participate in your Friday Favorites link-up one of these Fridays – so fun!
Ashley @ My Food N Fitness Diaries
Also, do you feel like the Yes To dark circle correcting eye cream actually works? I get the worst dark circles under my eyes!
Hilary
I don’t have any natural curl to my hair, but I was super impressed with your tutorial (especially the background music and the screen tips/notes).
I love the Yes To Tomatoes daily face moisturizer with SPF. I usually mix it with a small bit of self tanner.
Other than that, I’m really loving Quest protein bars! The newest cookies & cream flavor is awesome.
Have a great time in Florida!

I have been eyeing the Yes-To line everytime I’m at Target! Thanks for the reviews! That Reebok hoodie looks so comfy–I think I need to use my gift card too! 🙂 And, your hair and make-up: flawless!!!
Lauren @ The Bikini Experiment
The Reebok clothes are so cute! I really like the Yes to products too. Thanks for hosting the link up. Enjoy the weekend!
