Being a Florida girl at heart, ya’ll know I am a sucker for iced tea.
Since we are already well into June, I think it’s finally time to acknowledge that it’s also National Iced Tea Month. Yeah… it’s a thing.
In the spirit of celebrating natural blends and beverages, Pure Via® reached out and offered to make my summer a little sweeter in an all-natural, zero-calorie way.
Pure Via® is great tasting sweetener that uses all-natural Stevia. It is an excellent substitute for sugars and artificial sweeteners, and I especially love that that the packets are also Non-GMO. (<- remember our little GMO talk? This is a pretty big deal!)
You can use Pure Via® packets just like you would use Stevia or any other sugar for that matter. Add sweetness to hot and cold beverages, in recipes, and even sprinkled on top of your favorite foods.
Also, Pure Via® is certified Kosher Parve and suitable for people with diabetes. Each packet sweetens like two teaspoons of sugar, which is more than plenty for my morning coffee.
The Pure Via® liquid sweeteners come in two flavors (original + vanilla) and are great for on-the-go!
The bottles are small and fit in any purse, backpack, or gym bag. There is a no drip lid to protect against messes and the drops instantly dissolve in any hot or cold beverage.
The liquid form of the sweetener is not Non-GMO, but is still all-natural and 97% pure Reb A made from the sweetest extract of the stevia leaf. One squeeze is equivalent to one teaspoon of sugar.
Last week, they sent me what they like to call the Pure Via® Fit Kit to keep me active and cool this summer. (Read below for a chance to win one!)
I have been a fan of Stevia for years and couldn’t wait to test out the goods. I genuinely prefer to substitute Stevia in any recipe, drink, or smoothie calling for sugar, and have been loving all three forms and flavors of this brand. In fact, receiving my care package inspired me to whip up a new summer drink I can’t put down at home!
Iced Mint Green Tea
Ingredients
5 bags of green tea
4 cups boiling water
4 packets Pure Via® Stevia (equal to 8 tsp. sugar)

That iced tea looks so refreshing! I love the green tea lemonade from Starbucks, but it can get a little pricey so I’ve been making it on my own at home. Purvia would be a great way to sweeten it up a bit!
