Is it still winter? Has spring finally sprung? You can never really tell in our neck of the woods.
I love that the weather has been heating up, but that occasional warm tease doesn’t always stick around long enough to make the upcoming spring season feel legit. To help get me through the last push of winter, I pump myself up for a run or workout by listening to a new batch of upbeat workout songs.
I’ve been turning to this playlist on all of my in and outdoor fitness adventures lately!
(Stream and download this exact playlist – for free – here. Simply scroll to start at “Irresistible”.)
As always, I included a cool down track in order for you to be able to spend a good few minutes letting your body recover from a run or intense exercise. Please don’t skip that step!

Justin
Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself. I really love this song. Music is a friendly buddy when exercising. It gives you the energy you needed to work out and uplifts your spirit to strive more and keep being fit and healthy. I always listen to christian songs when I’m running, it makes me feel the nature around me and I feel at peace while my body is renewing. Have you tried listening to christian songs when working out?
Heather
Hi Justin! I have. Sometimes it’s nice to unwind with Christian tracks. I usually do that on a Saturday morning run if I’m not working. Love the Top Christian Hits on Spotify!

Love yourself by Justin Bieber, this is perfect for cooling down. Thanks for sharing this music playlist. I will be trying this soon. I usually listen to Japanese songs though I don’t understand them, the melody is really nice. What’s your favorite int he music list you posted here?
