Good Afternoon! How’s the Hump Day goin for ya?
Mine’s been rockin’ thanks to a brand new upbeat playlist I have been listening to on repeat for a few days now.
(But we’ll get to that in just a minute!)
As promised earlier, here is a look into some more of my eats today…
Lunch came around 1 p.m. with a bright veggie salad!
Baby spinach, chopped cucumbers, red, yellow, and green peppers, tomatoes, and black olives drizzled in a white Pineapple balsamic vinegar.
I totally meant to add feta cheese, but forgot about it until I was almost done eating. Dang.
For some staying power, I also enjoyed a quinoa burger topped in salsa and shredded cheese.
(I remembered it this time! Yum.)
While cleaning up, I felt like the sunshine outside was calling to me, so I took Roadie for a twenty minute walk around the neighborhood. He loved it and even stopped to roll around in the grass for a bit!
It might not be bright and springy looking, but hey, grass is grass. He had a ball and I loved getting in some fresh air with him.
Spring 2014 Running + Workout Playlist
For those of you who are new to the blog, you should know that I am quite the music lover. Pretty much any genre, any decade, or anything I can dance or chill out to, I am totally about. I always stalk iTunes, local radio stations, and Pandora hits to bookmark songs and create new playlists to listen to.
Every season, I roll out a new batch of fun songs and create a workout and running playlist I continuously listen to. Because who doesn’t get pumped up to break a sweat with a fresh playlist to take to the gym?

You beat me to it! I love good playlists & just made the perfect one for my spin class the other evening.. I’m loving the variety on yours! Teaching group exercise, I’ve always been a big advocate for awesome tunes- seriously good beats can completely change the energy in a class.

Ah, spinning. I really need to get back into it!
