As most of you know, Training Week 7 was a little out of the norm for me because of traveling up to Philly and New York. I didn’t get my 12-miler in, but we did do a lot of walking and took a yoga class.
Regardless of what you’re doing to get active, here’s a playlist that could get you through at least an hour of walking, running or any kind of workout.
