I’m not going to sugar coat it. I feel awful today.
I have been having a hard time getting to sleep lately and I awoke this morning feeling restless with a splitting headache, a sore jaw, and aching muscles. (Dually noting this in my possible teeth grinding log.)

A few weeks ago, I came home from vacation to a sneaker shaped brown box on my front doorstep. I had been expecting my once a month delivery from Reebok and there is was.

This month’s superstar sneaker is from the CrossFit line and is the new version of the Crossfit Nano 2.0 I received earlier this summer at FitBloggin’.

As most of you already know, I am not a huge CrossFit-er, and have really only attended a preview of what one class is like. It’s still on my fitness training bucket list, and I know it will happen sooner than later.
For now, I have enjoyed testing these bad boys out while weightlifting, spinning, taking group fitness classes, and even at dance practices!

Basically, Reebok took feedback from the 2.0 and built it into what seems to be the best version yet. This model is designed to support a CrossFit workout, but can be used for so much more.
Between the two pairs Nanos in my closet, I tend to gravitate towards them when traveling, planning a strength training day at the gym, or even when I know I am going to be on my feet all day running around.
They are crazy comfortable, feel lightweight, but provide enough support for me to do just about any workout I can imagine.

Hey Ladies! I saw Heather’s post and thought I would chime in with a (hopefully) helpful review that was just published on my blog. It’s a bit technical but very thorough. (can read it here: http://wlshoes.com/review/reebok-nano-3-0/ ) If you’re not into reading 1500 words about the shoe then in a nutshell we found it to be a solid improvement over the Nano 2.0 although a bit on the heavy side. The shoe is best suited for fitness training and not so much cardio/running… think more along the lines of weight training. Anyway, good luck to all of you!
