Good Afternoon! What’s this, an afternoon post? Why yes, it is… and it’s for a great reason.
Last week, SlimKicker approached me to check out their site. Since I never promote a product or brand I haven’t personally tried out, I spent a good amount of time on their site creating a profile, researching challenges and browsing recipes.
SlimKicker is an healthy living/fitness app and website. The goal of the company is to help motivate you to stay healthy by turning your diet and fitness goals into a level-up game with points, rewards, and challenges. It’s free to sign up and easy to join the community.
Current Challenges:
They also have recipe ideas for various diets such as the Medifast diet and LeanGains. I’m not on either of these, but with my interest in healthy eating sparked, I bookmarked a few recipes to try out in the future.

My healthy challenge idea would be to get 10 mins of accidental exercise a day. It could be from talking the stairs instead of escalator, or even getting off the train one stop earlier than normal.

Healthy challenge idea: Ride your bike everyday. Whether it’s to go to work (if you’re lucky enough to live close to where you work), to run errands or whatever, you’re squeezing in a workout by riding a bike & helping the environment. Win, win!
