My Playlist for Training Week 6 is up a day late because Scott and I took a last-minute trip down to Miami to see some friends and help out with Burnie’s Birthday at the Heat Game. We’re spending the remainder of the day finishing up some odds and ends, cleaning, running (a day early), and packing for the rest of the week.
I recently found a new Pandora station this week called Best of the 80s Reloaded and fell in love.
I almost forgot how fun 80s music is and how much I really get pumped up listening to it. Clearly, this is where my inspiration for this week’s songs came from…
There are 30 songs to last you through about 1:45 minutes of running.

I just love this genre and threw in Mr. Big at the end for a cool down. Truth is, I could have added 30 more!
We’re getting ready for back to back trips to Philadelphia and then New York, so this running playlist might just come in handy for background and packing music today.
