Good morning, and Happy Wednesday! Today I am diving right into this week’s What I Ate Wednesday food recap.
I have about ten minutes to get out the door, so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet. Here’s a look at what all of my eats looked like yesterday. Spoiler alert: I did a horrible job at incorporating snacks and had a total moment of weakness after the game. Enjoy.
What I Ate Wednesday Tuesday
Breakfast started with a new lean protein.
Two eggs (one yolk), all natural pepper flavored turkey bacon, and a cutie with a side of coffee.
I kept busy on the computer the entire morning and totally forgot to eat my pre-made fruit cup for a snack before lunch. Oh well.
A big ‘ol bowl of Hearty Italian Tortellini Soup.
I brought my lap top with me and headed out right after lunch time with my friend, Alex, to grab a new set of wheels!
I was so excited to finally get a new (very Michigan-friendly) car!
I had a post and some emails to get to afterwards, so I found a Panera Bread close to my gym and set up camp. It was a great little work sesh with a side of dinner.
Greek salad with Chicken with a baguette.
I also grabbed a hazelnut coffee to-go.
I spent the next few hours at the gym. Training is going really well! I would say I am about halfway through the process before I feel comfortable interacting with clients as their trainer.
(I’m not above a bathroom selfie to show you my enthusiasm! Ha.)
As soon as we wrapped up for the day, I went home to change, let Roadie out, then went straight to pick up my friend, Tiffany, to head to the Pistons game!
It was another hard loss for the team, but the game was entertaining, nonetheless.
Scott was ready to roll around 10:30 p.m. and all he wanted to eat was Arby’s. I didn’t fight it. I let him go and then fell into the trap of a small curly fry.
It happens.
I gulped a tall glass of dark chocolate almond milk when we got home and called it a night soon after. Exciting day!
All right. I’ve got about two seconds to proof read this post and get on my way to work. I apologize in advance for any typos! See y’all later this afternoon.
In the mean time, feel free to explore the“WIAW” tag on the right hand sidebar, click over to Peas & Crayons to check out plenty others, or even link your own!

Yay! Welcome to the Jeep family. I drove a jeep my entire life until moving to Chicago where I don’t have a car 🙁 My favorite was the commander.

Oh my gosh, I haven’t had Arby’s in soooo long. Those fries are good… worth it I’m sure.
Aja
Curly fries are always worth it. 😉

I think so too 😉

Love Jeeps! I’ve been looking at them since I moved to Milwaukee and need a car/suv that’s snow and ice friendly 🙂
Heather
They seem to handle the icy and snowy conditions very well! Especially with the 4WD 😉
Tricia @ A Couple of Dashes
Your makeup looked so pretty at the game! What products did you use?
Heather
Thanks, Tricia! Honestly… I’ve been doing the same makeup routine for years now. You can see all of my products in my every day makeup tutorial here: https://lifeinleggings.com/videos/everyday-5-minute-makeup/ 🙂
