Sometimes a fresh new batch of tunes is just what I need to get motivated to get a workout in on those extra chilly days. Whether you’re a fan of breaking a sweat at the gym, outside, or in the comfort of your own home, there’s endless upbeat songs out there to get you moving.
Here’s a collection of what I’ve been loving lately!
While I’m not about to tackle the cold temperatures in our neighborhood, I’m looking forward to turning to this playlist as soon as it’s warm enough for me to run outside again.

It’s definitely so hard to get motivated in the winter. I workout a lot in my garage and it was so cold this morning. Good music always always helps though! And I can’t wait until I can run outside again too, come on Spring!

Great playlist, Heather! Any playlist with Pitbull is a good workout playlist. 🙂 One of my very favorite things about Pure Barre: the awesome music. Right now, I love Missy Elliot’s WTF, and there’s also a good remix of Hotline Bling that’s good for cardio. Gets stuck in my head all the time!
