Summer is just around the corner, but before we dive into (hopefully) months of travels and outside activities, I wanted to share my latest pump-you-up jams for the spring!
I feel like there are a lot of great ones out there right now. This list provides an hour of my new go-to, upbeat tunes that you can download, stream, and use on your next workout.
I’ve been jamming out to it on runs, workouts at home, and even while I clean and organize the house on the weekends. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

The very first track might be my favorite. I can’t stop listening to it! Well done, Justin Timberlake … you never disappoint. (Also, check out the video if you have a few minutes and want to smile. I love it!)
As usual, this playlist ends with a slow track to encourage you to cool down and recover with at least a few minutes of stretching. Don’t forget that step!
Need some inspiration to get out and get your fitness on?
Try some of these workouts in or outdoors, perfect for this time of year …
• Spring Outside Bodyweight Workout
This workout is perfect for those looking for a speedy, yet effective workout to throw in before work, after work, or on your lunch break! (No equipment needed.)
This 15-minute circuit workout requires zero equipment. The time might sound east, but don’t let it fool you… after a few rounds of 60’s, you’ll feel it!
This workout is great for days where you want to add a little oomph to your cardio!
My preferred running loops take me through trails or parks, and I get to know where I can find park benches to rest or complete exercises to break up my miles pretty quickly. The amount of miles you set out for is totally up to you (anywhere from 2 – 6). Choose to run 1 or 2 miles at a time and complete the circuit 2 or 3 times.
Quick question: How do you feel about the Weekly Workouts series making a return to the blog?
